Skullcap is a calming nervine that helps quiet a restless mind and ease tension in the body. It gently supports the nervous system without heavy sedation, making it ideal for winding down before sleep or soothing nighttime wakefulness.

Hops is a traditional herbal sedative known for its ability to relax the body and calm the nerves. It helps promote deeper, more restful sleep, especially when stress, anxiety, or hormonal shifts are activating the nervous system. 

Wood Betony is a grounding herb that relieves nervous tension and overthinking, particularly when stress is held in the head, neck, or gut. Its gentle calming action helps create the inner stillness needed for restful sleep.

Directions: Take 1–5 ml (1-5 dropperfuls, or approximately 20-100 drops) in a small amount of water, 30 minutes before bed or upon nighttime waking.
