Initially, I thought this balm was a bit expensive for pain relief, but it is much more than that. Yes, it has given immediate pain relief after rubbing it in, but it is also very calming and the smell is really nice, a herbal, old-fashioned medicinal smell. You just feel it's doing you good. I've used it on my shoulders, neck, shins, knees, lower back, and a sprained trigger thumb. It has been so effective, and apart from the sprained thumb, I only needed to apply the balm once on these different areas because the pain and discomfort cleared up with just that one application and didn't return. Which is very impressive. Naturally, the thumb took longer to heal, but nothing is going to heal a sprained thumb overnight. I used to treat my aches and pains with essential oils, but with ageing my skin has become thinner and more fragile, and the oils can cause a lot of irritation, so I have had to severely limit my use of them. I'm so glad to have this Pain Be Gone balm to replace them And it has not caused me any skin irritation. Wonderful stuff, I wouldn't be without it now.
I have used this on my knees, my shoulders, my neck and on my husband’s biceps and shoulders and it has really helped reduce pain. I love that it is natural and the action of putting it on and massaging gently is nourishing. Have also used it on my daughter (9) when she had a sore leg and it really helped her!
I've been using this balm for about a month and the effect was very immediate. I have pain in my chest caused by inflammation as well as localised pain due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. I feel the effects for a few days after using it and I'm hoping in time it will reduce the inflammation permanently.
I use it every day now and it has a really soothing effect and it feels like it has a numbing effect. It smells really good too.
I also used it on my very achy muscles after a gym workout and it helped to soothe the pain and I was able to lift my arms again!
This is my go to product for my aches and pains now.
