Our Take A Breath organic balm for congested bunged up chests is made from wild herbs gathered lovingly by hand, mostly from our own land. Ground Ivy, Mullein, Eucalyptus, Thyme, Spruce, Lavender, Rosemary, and Ginger is warmly infused in organic olive oil. Natural menthol brings a gentle cooling lift, helping to open the breath and clear the airways.
No petroleum, no synthetic chemicals, no nasties.
This is a warming, resinous balm that supports easy breathing and gentle relief when the chest feels heavy and tight. Gently smooth into warm palms and massage it over your chest, upper back and on the soles of your feet.

I love this natural, loving balm to support my body and my kids when we have a cold, blocked nose or a bit of congestion. I used to put Vicks on my Children’s feet and on their chests and backs and was HORRIFIED to find out it is petroleum. I was DELIGHTED to find this gentle balm which can also go on backs, chests and soles of feet (and I have put it under my nose too) which really helps with easier nose breathing and helps soothe and clear the chest.
